Here's what I thought.

First of all- I like the drum beat. Very good for you if this is your first excursion into trance. You also change things up a little in the song, which is great. There are only two things that I would do- make your songs a little longer than this... and change out your synths a little. Just some tweaking on FX would do the trick.

You've got a great thing going there with the relationship between your percussion and your synths at the beginning. A solid piece!!

Ok, here's what I think

Personally, I think you know what you're doing. You do need some practice, though, if you're gonna make it in trance (we all do, myself included!!) Here's some tips for next time, if you'd like 'em.

One, your beats are good but they need to come up. Try out different EQ's, especially on the kicks. You wanna feel 'em, and I'm not feeling 'em.

Second, I can sympathize with your choice of melodies... but they sometimes detract from the song. For example- when you start adding the lead synth in "The Ender, PT1", the melody you chose just didn't make sense with the bassline. The rythym was off, plus the actual melody of the piece didn't really flow. It was musically interesting- just not trance. Take a listen to others on the portal and compare.

Your mastering is coming along. Reverb is your friend, chorus and flange too for synths. EXPERIMENT, but make sure you grow!! Add some dynamics in with your FX.

thank you for the review but as it turned out this version was not supposed to have been uploaded. the 2nd instrument you hear was actually so annoying to me that i went with somethin else but i accidentally uploaded this one. Onto the song itself...I keep forgetting about those other synths, I am still new to this whole thing so it may take a lil time to learn especially since im teaching myself, but i will give reverb a try when i think about it. Yes, I know I lack bass. But I dont notice because the sub on my computer hits just fine.

It's more ambient than your previous work, it makes sense musically, i like the flow of the piece.... what's not to love??

Hi AlchemicSoul. For the next songs coming up im going to try to make more of a high ENERGY atmosphere with less ambients. Glad you like the flow. I'm sry if i havent been able to review songs (for who ever is reading this) Ive been busy and im not just saying that. Im working on many new projects and many unfinshed songs all at once.

First and foremost let me say I wish I had your talent at mastering your work. You have a clarity to your sound that I only dream of. If you'd share a little of your secrets, I'd appreciate it a lot!!!

I like how your bass protrudes in this song, without being tooooo heavy, if you follow me. It helps the song flow through the beats, rather than having the song being driven by them...
